• Führen von Produktions-Mitarbeitern
• Überwachen der Produktion und Sicherstellung einer qualitäts-, termin- und kostenkonformen Produktion
• Koordination und Sicherstellung der Mitarbeiterqualifikation
• Verantwortlich für die Personalplanung und Erstellung des Schichtplans
• Meldung bei Störungen und Erarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen
• Berichten von Leistungsdaten im Shopfloormanagement
• Erarbeiten von Prozessoptimierungen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Produktionsumfeld
• Teamplayer, Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu leiten
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Lösungsorientiertes Handeln
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• gute PC-Kenntnisse
