Products from va-Q-tec are used as insulation in refrigerators as well as in the transport of vaccines and other termperature-sensitive goods that are shipped in va-Q-tec containers and boxes. • Evaluierung von Prozessen und Verfahren in der Produktion und Erarbeitung von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungskonzepten
• Verantwortlich für das Launch-Management von neuen Prozessen
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von neuen Anlagen sowie bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien
• Erhebung und Interpretation von Maschinen - und Prozessdaten
• Durchführen von Wertschöpfungs- und Engpassanalysen und Ableiten von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Anwenden und Weiterentwickeln von gängigen Lean-Methoden (z.B. 5S, 7V, Kanban)
• Koordination von Lean-Projekten
• Schulung von Mitarbeitern zum Thema Lean-Management

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium, idealerweise in Verfahrens-, Produktionstechnik oder Maschinenbau
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Lean-Management
• Interesse und Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und Technologien
• Analytisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
• Innovations- und Verbesserungsstreben
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
