• Anlegen von Lieferantenreklamationen im ERP System
• Dokumentation der Reklamationsbearbeitung
• Erstellung von Kunden 8D Reports und Bewertung von Lieferanten 8D Reports 
• Quartalsweise Auswertung aller Reklamationen (Kosten und Anzahl) und Ableiten von Handlungsinformationen
• Koordination der Reklamationen von beiden Produktionsstandorten
• Mitarbeit bei der Fehleranalyse
• Koordination von Maßnahmen zwischen den Fachabteilungen
• Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten zur Reklamationsabwicklung

• Abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung oder auf andere Weise erworbene Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse
• 2 Jahre fachspezifische Erfahrung
• 4,5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit
• Lernbereitschaft 
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit und souveräner Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
• Umgang mit MS Office
• Kenntnisse zum ERP System
